I've been using the flat D charcoal pads for a few months now and theyhave virtually eliminated my flatulence problems. I use them in apair of underwear that I wear over my regular underwear. That way Idon't have to stick them on new underwear every day. I keep them inthe same pair for about a week. Since the pads never touch my skin Idon't have to wash them as frequently either.My husband used to complain all the time about the smell. He has avery sensitive nose.
