Gas odor and pain

Putting on a Flat-D pad can end embarrassment of gas odor.

Many foods contribute to gas buildup and pain as well. These include dairy products, bran, vegetables like asparagus, cauliflower, broccoli and cabbage, plus fruits like peaches, pears and apples. Beans (legumes) can also cause gas, as can most foods that contain carbohydrates. Some medications and supplements such as aspirin, antacids, multivitamins and fiber supplements also contribute to air buildup and feelings of discomfort.

Unpleasant act of flatulence

Flat-D makes several pads that take care of the unpleasant part of releasing intestinal gas. Check out our website www.flat-d.com

Flatulence is often considered an unpleasant act that is synonymous with bad health. However, it is a necessary process that indicates that the digestive system is functioning as it should. Gastroenterologist Anish Sheth explains that the intestinal microbiota generates gases in the digestive tract that must be released.
Furthermore, the air that is swallowed during meals also contributes to flatulence. On average, people release flatulence about 14 times a day, and it is most prevalent in the morning when gases accumulated during sleep are expelled. Excessive flatulence can be reduced by changing eating habits and eating slower.

Many people complain of flatulence after eating. Sometimes, even after eating or drinking a little, the stomach starts to swell violently. In medical language it is called bloating. It is believed that eating too fast and swallowing air, eating too much at one go, constipation, liver disease, pregnancy are some of the common causes of bloating. Apart from these, some food items like beans, lentils, broccoli, cabbage, high salt items and milk also increase this problem.

Stinky farts in bed

This article shows that it is the smell not the sound that is the problem. A Flat-D pad is great at removing the odor but surprisingly it also muffles the sound.

A married woman revealed that her husband allegedly called her flatulence “absolutely revolting” — after only farting once in front of him during their nine-year relationship.
“After hearing his very strong thoughts on the topic, I made a mental note to ensure my own expelling of gas was done in a very private matter and contained within the bathroom and toilet or until he was not around to smell it,” she wrote.
That is, until one night, her “guard was down” and the “post-pizza gasses” came back to haunt her. Lying in bed next to her husband, she accidentally let one rip — and was met with a disgusted look.

‘Stinky Grandad’ reveals ‘really, really bad’ farts affecting private and professional life: ‘I’ve tried everything’

We hate to read that someone tried everything. He has not tried a Flat-D.com flatulence deodorizer pad.

He may have tried dietary items or OTC medicine. Ours does not have side effects and it works for everyone if used properly.

Craig revealed that he gets ‘a lot of wind during the night’ and goes to the toilet ‘around 10 times a day.’

He continued: ‘My farts are really bad during the night sometimes. It’s really really bad. Uncomfortable.’

My partner will flick the quilt in the middle of the night and say, “Craig, you’ve done it again.” The window will be opened. Spraying sprays. The door open get the air through the rooms to get it clear.

‘It does affect my private life and my professional life as a firefighter. If we’re out and about as soon as I get back, I need to use a toilet.’

Craig said he was ‘desperate’ to find out ‘what’s up with his stomach’, revealing he had tried everything, from intolerance tests to cutting out dairy.

He also confessed he was known as Stinky Grandad because of his relentless farting by his grandson.

After undoing tests, which came back normal, and receiving advice from the experts, Craig overhauled his diet.

Fortunately, it worked, with Craig now having a largely plant-based diet which he said made him fart less, as well as giving the flatulence a clean odor.
