Shreddies alternative

Shreddies is made in the UK or China. They use the same technology as our Flatulence Deodorizer. The Flat-D is made in the USA, it is FDA registered, and doctor recommended. Why do you need a whole pair of underwear when all you need is a pad placed in the proper place and put in your own underwear.

Activated Charcoal pills

Activated charcoal in a cloth pad form (Flat-D.com) does a great job of absorbing gas odor.
Not so good as a pill. Read these posts.

When activated charcoal passes through your digestive system, it carries toxins with it and prevents you from absorbing them into your blood stream.

Does this then mean that taking additional supplements at the same time is rendered ineffective?

Okay supplements are not toxins but does tha AC really distinguish between the two?
When taking AC it clearly states that medications should not be taken at the same time as it may adsorb your medications and expell them with little or no effect.

Bedtime Flatulence

Saw this question on a blog post recently.--
For some reason during the day I am not gassy at all. But at night (esp. between the hours of 2-5am), my body likes to explode. It actually wakes up me and DH and is quite embarrassing. Is there anything that can be done??
Of course the typical solutions mentioned diet. What you eat is one of the reasons for increased smelly gas. We all want to eat what we want to eat. Unfortunately a healthy diet is one of the worst gas producers.
Fortunately Flat-D has come up with the Gas Sack. It is like a 1/2 sleeping bag. Wear it at night.
It is also easy to get out of quickly -just in case. It is made out of our exclusive activated charcoal cloth material. So the gas odor doesn't just float around inside the sack. The Gas Sack cloth actually absorbs the odor. The cloth is thin and breathable and does not make you hot inside.

Airplane flatulence

The study confirms anecdotal evidence that flying increases flatulence, finding that changes in air pressure at altitude make the gut produce more gas.

The in-depth review of scientific literature on flatulence, led by Danish gastroenterologist Jacob Rosenberg, looks at issues such as whether women's farts smell worse than men's (yes), what causes the odour (sulphur) and how often the average person passes wind every day (10).

The bottom line, according to the 3000-word study published in the New Zealand Medical Journal, is that passengers should ignore the social embarrassment of breaking wind and "just let it go".

Holding back can cause discomfort and pain, bloating, indigestion, heartburn and even stress resulting from the required concentration. The authors said that while passengers may experience poor service from the cabin crew as a result of their decision, the health benefits outweighed any negative impacts.
"We humbly propose that active charcoal should be embedded in the seat cushion, since this material is able to neutralise the odour," they wrote.

We strongly agree. A Flat-d.com pad of any type has helped thousands of airline passengers avoid embarrassment and discomfort of individuals around them. We offer activated charcoal pads that go in your underwear and Chair Pads that you simply put on your seat. Whenever we travel we always have a Flat-D on.

Offense is the best defense

I saw a blog comment and thought that is the essence of Flat-D products. Our Flatulence Deodorizer is on the offense all day and fights against the odor attack. Our product is comfortable and can be worn all day if you wish. We get a lot of calls from people asking us to Express Mail their order to them. They are going on a long international flight and dont want to offend those around them. They send us notes after their trip thanking us for saving them from embarrassment. They were thinking offensively!
